[BUG REPORT] - Win10 issue: dragging of tabs from left to right is broken

If you use Win10, you'd find that dragging of tabs from right to left works, but doing so from left to right is somewhat broken. If you have 3 opened tabs and you wish to move the first tab to the most right, you won't be able to do that unless there's another tab after it and you're dropping the tab in-between those tabs.

So, I tried to reproduce this earlier, and could not; it was working perfectly fine for me.
But I have vague memories that this happens sometimes, as if something breaks the tabs behavior.

Without finding what causes this glitch, this may be difficult to fix...

I just found more info. It suddenly worked for me when I had only scripts opened in tabs, but then when I opened a tab of another section, like an inventory item, it got broken again. Now I closed all tabs and re-opened only scripts and it's still broken. So could it be a matter of tabs from different sections that are opened together?
