I have arrived in Brighton, and yeah I recieved your number Yufster. And I have a new number myself, so nobody here could have helped you

Everything has worked out splendidly so far, I found a cheap youth hostel just a minute's walk from the coach stop, and by coincidence, the only other guest in my room (even though it is a room for ten people) is a girl who studies my course. Even better, she had been here before, so she guided me around town and showed me the way to the campus, etc.

Together with two more classmates we're gonna search for a house to share. We have allready been out and become drunk together, so I think things are progressing fine.

The course seems rather demanding, and by afternoon today I have to analyse Lycidas by Milton and even learn parts of it by heart. The professors all seem like characters from some Harry Potter movie.

We Swedes study together with the Sussex students, so we have to really prove ourselves worthy and ask smart questions. The majority of the Britons are girls around 18-20,Ã,Â and they are all very small, which creates some sort of high-school atmosphere.

Over all, my first impression of Brighton is great, there are pubs and clubs just everywhere, the weather is similar to Gothenburg's, but slightly warmer, and people seem generally outgoing and relaxed.

Hello everybody!
Short update. I still haven't got my own internet connection, so it'll take some time before you see me on MSN and IRC and whatever, and my moderating over here won't be too meticolous.

The girl with glasses and goth-haircut is one of my housemates, she's so cool and we have so much in common, music, literature etc. We talk all the time about life and everything. The blond girl is the one I first met in Brighton, as we shared room in the yoth hostel. I'm supervising the pool game.

My honeybird. She's so great and everybody loves her.

Me and my girl outside some historical castle that apparently means a lot to the brits.

Unfortunately I still lack photos of my favourite friend here in Brighton, he's a classmate and we have a great lot in common, everything from going out to dance in clubs to studying poetry.
