Defeat mud monster..

Hi

Imagine you are faced with a mud monster that comes out of a pool of mud and throws mud balls at you... you need to defeat him... How would YOU do it?

Try to burn it to dry.

I go inside and lock the thing out. Defeating things is for computer games, in real life I'd just try to avoid any annoyances.

It depends on what class you are:

Fighter - Ask to borrow Rakeesh's Paladin sword and fight as you would any other monster.
Wizard- Cast Flame Dart.
Thief- Get some Powder of Burning from the Apothecary and throw it at the monster.

Throw some seeds and fertilizer at it. the seeds will be glued to the mud, and start growing... until the monster's body is crippled with roots, freezes, and eventually falls apart.
