Here be a blog full of Helmy comics!

I may not be active in this forum anymore, but since I was led out of my cave on the promise of MANLINESS I might as well horrifically pimp my latest endeavor in your collective faces! If interested, do take care to read the blog from the beginning up because a lot of information might initially escape you (about how for example these comics are 3 years old!)

I will be around for a while, so if you want to give me feedback, I'm all mustaches. You can also leave comments in the blog if you miss my brief stay on this forum!

It had alot of problems Helm - its ALMOST as if you haven't even read "How to draw comics the  Marvel Way".

I did a quick paintover to show you how comics are supposed to look - no need to thank me!

Pretty sleek blog, Helm, I think you're still improving nicely.
I've always prefered the ones with slightly less tangiable punch-lines; those that are purely philosophical, sort of.

It's pretty nifty. I particularly liked Conan the Librarian and The Collector (mostly because we used to do that, too - taste WWI German bullets, ewoks!  ), but the rest is nifty, too. Reminds me a bit of the Perry Bible Fellowship without the sickeningly bright enviornment and with more contemplatativeness (if that's a word).

Andail, I hope I am improving, as these are old and it's three years later now! The worst thing is that I am not employed making comics anymore so I make a LOT less of them. At least I'll be doing a 24hr comic this year, in about a month.

I like the guy that's nervous around girls and his pudding addiction! Very amusing, and quite random, especially the last frame!

Don't get the Gnawites comic where they go around causing mayhem. Is there anything to get? Seemed aimless but fun and cute at the same time!

I give you four out of five moustaches (Hey, where is the moustace emoticon? Damnit! Well, I guess this sideburns will have to do)

I can't tell you if there's anything to get about the Gnawite comic, really! It comes down to disparity between what I consider worth drawing and telling and what you consider worth reading: just aimless fun and cuteness would be enough for me once in a while in a comic, especially if you see what comics bookend that one.

I enjoyed your comics. I may be out of the loop here, but I've never seen short, 1 page, biographical comics before, and they are each interesting in their own way.

I gotta admit, I love all the philosophical reasoning you write after every comic, but reading them really makes me depressed for some reason.
