WATER ELEMENTAL
Most often found nead some source of water, these mystical, water-based beings usually take on the approximate form of a massive, crushing tidal wave, though they have been known to assume other shapes as well. Powerful and unyielding, water elementals are extremely dangerous and unpredictable. Thier motives are completely unknown.

BLOAT
Opinions are divided about Bloats. Some say that they are the zombies of drowned sea captains, others belive that they're copses possessed by demons who stetch their host's skin to accomodate their large evil presence, and others still tell the tale of a nomatic, aquatic race of heavyweights. What's for certain, though, is that they are voracious flesh-eaters of just about anything that moves. Their appetite is only rivaled by their incredible patience, as they'll sometimes wait in one spot, seemingly dormant, for literally WEEKS at a time, in order to snare another victim. Interestingly enough, Bloats never blink.

OGRE (or, if you already have something called an "ogre", then DROG or something)
Thick with muscle, orges are incredibly strong. Thier strength and power allow them to use tree trunk as clubs and hurl large boulders with ease, which they tend to do, as they're easily angered. Thankfully, they're also none too intelligent. This trait however, might just be their most dangerous, as they're easily sawyed by powerful people to become henchmen.

FIRESNAIL
This giant snail, though slow, it a nasty customer. Its protective shell sheilds it against attack, and when disturbed its slime contains a slow-working acid that seeps in through the pores to liquify a body from the inside. Kidney failure usually occurs first, followed by the circulatory system and internal organs rupturing, resulting in a particularly painful death. Those affected by the acid have a small chance of recovery if treated with an antidote early. Firesnails are a peacful species. They are only found near water, as they need to keep their bodies moist, or perish. When properly prepared, the flesh of the Firesnail is considered a delicacy in some parts of the world.

CRIMSON SILF
A large bird of prey. Skilled hunters with razor-sharp talons and long-range vision.

MOONLENS
These mysterious, nocturnal creatures resemble a large hoop with bat-like wings, talons and a rat-like tail. Their most peculiar feature, though is the central portion of their body: a transparent, glass-like "lens" that, when exposed to the light of the moon, seems to be able to be honed into a powerful and harmful energy beam. Nor the exact nature of the beam or of Moonlenses themselves is known. They are a compelte mystery.

UPDATE:

SEPTOPUS
The giant, seven-limbed septopus, though native to the oceans, has been sighted on land for short periods of time (perhaps washed ashore or looking for food). Very intelligent and cunning, it has the ability to jet out blinding ink and change its skin colour in order to conceal itself. Its tentacles' grip is like an iron vice and its suckers have toothy procetions that embed themselves into the flesh of the spetopus's prey, making its hold that much more secure.

GOBLIN THIEF
A pesky creature, goblins can be a force to be reconned with in numbers. Often seeking to gain at the expense of others, many goblins have turned into a life of thievery. These sly brigands are agile and elusive, and due to a diet consisting mostly of rotting meat, have a septic bite that usually cause wounds to become infected or diseased.

GROK
Groks are strong, dim-witted, purple-skinned humanoids that have had a history of poor relations with humans due to their historical use as heavy-laboring slaves. Groks eventually revolted against their human masters in a bloody revolution that left many villages across the continent ruined. Groks have since gone on to form societies of their own, away from human meddling. Their economy still relies partly on human currencies, however, and some of their resouces are still obtained with trade through human merchants.

SQUIDHEAD
Squidheads are magic-using creatures living in or near water, in order to keep their bodies moist (they breathe through their skin, which needs to be in contact with water in order to "suck in" oxygen). They are a very secretive race that mostly keeps to themselves and practice their arcane arts. Though humanoid in form (despite having a squid-like head), their bodies are rarely seen, since they wear cloaks.

WATERSNAKE
Though non-poisonous, watersnakes have needle-like teeth that they use to bite their prey with. Other methods of attack include crushing their prey by coiling around their body.

Akumayo

Remmies-  Your squid is a big red X

Ozwalled-  Water Element will make an excellent sea critter.  Fire-Snail will make an excellent field and forest creature.  Crimson Silf can be a creature that appears all over the place.  Moonlens will be a cave creature, however, instead of moonlight, how about light reflected in water to power the energy beam, since my RPG is always daytime...  Septopus will be in the ARMG of the sea ruins.  Squid Head can appear on the beaches.  Water Snake will make a good Lake and Sea creature.  Everything else couldn't be used for one reason or another, but once again beautiful sprites!!!
PS- check you PM's

Do what you like with the Moonlens or any of the creatures that I make here. It's your game, after all!

Here's another one, though:

GLADIATOR
A warrior slave who fights for glory and his life in the arena he's bound to.

And because I feel that you need more female content:

SORCERESS
A specialized magic user, capable of casting powerful spells against her foes.

EDIT: And I think Remmies' squid looks like this (as there was a mistake in the URL, with the http:// repeated twice):

Akumayo

Ozwalled-  Gladiator and Sorceress will do very well as pathblockers that halt your progress until you can defeat them.  Oh and thanks for "translating" Remmies red X into a GIF.

Remmies-  The Squid can play as an ocean creature.

Evil

Forgot about this. Heres my picture that never showed up.

Mr Flibble

Ah! There is no emoticon for what I'm feeling!

Akumayo

Evil-  Excellent, I had thought you simply didn't want to enter.  Mr. Flibble had an excellent suggestion.  It shall be called LandFish and appear on routes close to the ocean and lakes, but not in them!!  MuHA!!!
