Not a strict adventure game but I've always found Jade from Beyond Good and Evil pretty crushworthy. Freud would probably say it's her motherly element, I think it's her haircut.

Plus she's French... uhh... sort of. Planet Hillys is NEAR France right?

There's also something about Morgan LeFlay that I found very attractive... extreme professional competence mixed with an emotional vulnerability, I think that's a winning formula. I also think Nikki Rapp's voice is adorable which made things pretty awkward when she played the boy emperor in the next Sam and Max season...
