Finally got around to create a myspace music account. That's one step in the direction of doing something fruitful with my music, I guess.

Haven't had time to add friends yet, just dabbled with the coding for a bit, mostly due to a sudden streak of insomnia. So if you have an account, please be my friend :)
Oh, and tell me what you think of the music as well, of course. Cheers!

I actually like your music quite a lot. Of course I've heard most of these before here at the forums. But MYSpace to me is something that basically ruins the musical experience, that's usually the extremely crowded and slow sites that look messy and filled with useless stuff. So I usually go for streamers that are on separate sites, I find them more friendly. But I guess that's mostly me disliking the shallowness of the friending/myspacing that's used by some artists.

Anyway, at least you'll be getting comments from your students ;)

Hey, I really dig your music.

"Upon His Throne" reminded me of Supertramp, in a really good way.  I like the way you sing - it's not typical of today's male singers.  The phrasing is nice, and the lyrics are quick, witty and have a great feel.

I'd listen to what you're putting out.

Oh boy... :( Myspace? :P

I love you Andail, but I really loath myspace! This awful democracy of myspace is always getting on my nerves. Programs which add friends at random and at hunderds per day. You see people with absolutely nothing to do with music having 28,000 friends and what's more being commented on their music, while they don't create music themselves! Hillarious!

But anyhow.

I really dig your music mate, you know it. Once I get back to London from Geneva, I'll go to myspace to listen and then give you a call or PM or something (or post here... hmmm... this seems like a relatively sane move to do!)

Oh, I wasn't aware of this negative attitude towards Myspace :(
Ah well, I'll toy around with it for a bit and see what it leads to.
Thanks anyway for your kind words!

My teacher the rockstar! Awesome!  ;D
Your music's great, I like folk, even though I'm more into louder, harder rock.

Well don't worry, for every person who hates MySpace, there is one that loves it. And it's a good place to start, and display your music. The site has some impact, if it hadn't, famous artists wouldn't own one, and nowadays most of them do (in addition to their official homepage).

Nikolas

Oh don't worry. myspace has something like 3,000,000 artists or something. Plenty of people and I'm only one. No worries then... ;) And again you're great, much better than 99% of myspace! :D

I added you, good sir. I'm liking it so far. MySpace is a good place to be for artists. Certainly doesn't hurt. Just associate yourself with other bands/artists you like, and you'll be networking in no time. It may not result in much in the end, but it doesn't hurt to get your name out there and be heard by someone.
You. Me. Denny's.

Great stuff, Andail, really enjoyable. I remember hearing early versions of some of these in Critics Lounge, great to hear how the songs have progressed since then.

Oh, and don't worry about Myspace, as others have stated. It's a great place to promote your music and get it heard.

Keep it up!
