However, I have no record of this private message in my AGS forums inbox. Also the Reply to Personal Message link at the end of the email brings me to a page that tells me that the personal message isn't mine or doesn't exist.

thunderbird and outlook have good spam filters. whatever client you're using, ditch it if it doesn't have a filter :)

No, AVG is an antivirus program. Without that, we'd have ten times the spam we get now. Still, most emails are from idiots.
