Good luck in dealing with sexual confusion.  Welcome to adulthood, bro!

You know I don't give a shit which door you're swingin' from, as long as you're not hurting yourself or anyone else.

Now, where's my copy of "In & Out"......?

Now had you said you like to ritualistically torture small kittens well ...

Hmm...

FrogMarch

Okay, a little off topic, but...

Does anyone know if that Bonsai Kittens thing is real? I didn't think it was, and then I got a load of people shouting at me that it was, so then I thought, 'hmm... maybe it IS real...' and so a load of people shouted at me that it wasn't.

Some of those pictures do look quite convincing... but I'm just not sure.

Anyone know?

Alec: Hurray, now I know why you enjoy MSI *that* much. ;)

Mindless Self Indulgence? ...I didn't really realize that until you mentioned it.  I retract my previous statement.  Maybe you are a swinger, Cam.

We need a sticky for people who want to announce their sexual orientations.

And also for people's food-eating habits, it looks like (without sexual innuendos, that is). Which reminds me:

I don't eat poultry. Seriously. Oh wait, my friends already knew that... but I guess it was time to reveal the shocking truth to the AGS community!

I'm glad you're finding about what you really like, Cameron, but I think we all knew immediately after seeing the avatar. Oh, and stop changing your name!

Doesn't AGS mean All Gay Society? j/k

I really don't care what sexual preferences people have, as long as that makes them happy.  I am not the kind of person who gets offended by this.

I myself, enjoy the ladies.  But whatever people want to do, that is their choice and nobody should tell them otherwise!!

Being Gay, Lesbian or Bi-Sexual doesn't make anybody less of a person.  I've known alot of people like this and they are great people.  So i don't know why people judge people on their sexual preferences.

Las Naranjas

I've heard about something about some gays looking down on bis, it's one of the things the Queer Society at uni says they try to combat, is it something like being bi isn't hardcore enough, like a goth who paints the face and listens to the music, but doesn't mastubate with a cheese grater?

people are strange.

The way I perceive it, that often has something to do with it. I feel like some gay people look down on bisexuals because they think, "You're just confused", or "You're just experimenting"... maybe they think we're trying to have our cake and eat it too, I don't know. Most are fine with it, but I always seem to come across these ones who are really snobby about it, like you're trying to be apart of their club but obviously don't have what it takes. Maybe it's a racial purity thing ^_^

I think it also has to do with the amount of people out there who call themselves bi because they kissed a girlfriend in high school, or something like that. I mean, it's all fine with me here is quite a bit of that out there, and I think some gay people tend to label anyone who calls themselves bisexual as one of those people, not willing to believe that they're just as sure of their own sexuality as your typical homosexual is.

Peter Thomas

Kinoko's got it spot on.

Most gay people are perfectly accepting of Bi's (not sure why I used a capital...) and understand that if you can like men, or like women, you can probably like men and women. But there are some who think that it's just a denial thing and that anyone who calls themselves bi hasn't accepted that they're fully fledged gay. And - as unfair as that is - it's not wholly unjustified. There are a lot of people who call themselves bi just because they want to think they have the 'normal' urges too.

Also true is that there's a huge number of people who think they can call themselves bi ("oooh, what a funky lifestyle-label!") just because they kissed a member of the same sex during a game of 'spin the bottle'. The fact that same-sex relationships hold no appeal and there is no desire to pursue a same-sex partner seems to become irrelevant. Spin The Bottle is like the modern day bible.

As far as I'm concerned, Cam, there's no doubt you...erm...enjoyed your girlfriend. And just as surely, I know that you at least got some of the gay genes. So I'd say bi is probably a fair description.

I'm still jealous of you getting twice the love, though. It doesn't seem fair. Hmm, maybe that's why some people are upset with bi's? Jealousy?

being bi isn't a full-time job like being gay is, that's all.
