Resently I checked all the fat content rates in the food in the fridge and I was shocked. Sugar ammounts surprised me too. My cereal has more sugar than sultanas? It was supposed to be healthy! And why all those strange additives I can't even pronounce the names of? I can't even trust restaraunts now. *Sasha gets paranoid* Fat is always around the corner, it's out to get me, it's gonna get me!!!! *points at computer* Fat! *points at ceiling* fat! *points at butter* Fat!

i used to think the same thing about sugar until i realised how much my actual bodyweight is compared to the tiny ammount of sugar in that one product, i mean, people think 20g of fat in say... a chocolate bar that ways 1kg (mmmmmmm) is a lot, but whether it's got fat in it or not if you eat it all you're gonna put 1kg of weight on and probably burn that sugar off eating it.
but i don't eat sugar anyway, not on cereal or in tea anyway, i do eat a lot of salt though...

True. So true. Everybody got this low-fat hysteria, but forgets about the sugar: I bought this (very tasty) 0,1% fat fruit-flavoured youghurt. I thaught it was healthy. But it was'nt. Hell no. It contained more sugar per kilo  than a kilo-pck of sugarcubes...  sugar is as dangerous to you waist-messure as fat. (the body turns sugar into fat) But then we drink softdrinks with artificial sweetners, and probably end up with cancer instead....

i don't do read "food contents" you'd never eat again!, its a bit like reading the side effects pills and medication gives you, if you read it you'll get every side effect and some new ones!
for years now we are told don't eat this or that, FFS they are saying vitimin C is bad for us now.
i guess as long as you aren't eating Mc D's 3 times a day and half a dozen mars bars you can't go far wrong, just be healthy, be you  and live for today!

I don't worry about what I eat. It only makes stressed and before you know it you'll be only eating one carrot a day. It can soon get out of control.

Sugar's not quite as bad as fat, as long as you exercise. Of course, if you don't exercise then it will accumulate and get converted into fats anyway.
