Hi, Everyone I have a question it is me shadowface but I  like this account name better can I use this account instead?  I promise to follow the rules as much as I can.

You don't need to create a new account just to change your name. You can change your name from your own account as well.

Oh. If you were banned, it was probably not a good idea to come back. At least you should've waited a while.

If that's the case, then follow some of the tips described below:

- First of all, read FAQ. Even if you have read it already, read it again.

- Second: Don't create too many topics at a time and search all the existing threads first. You'll likely be able to find a thread in which you may simply reply to ask something you want. E.G: For asking this question: can I use this account instead?  I promise to follow the rules as much as I can, please use the Ask Us, We can help thread

- Third, whenever you feel that you're being insulted then don't reply the person and ignore him instead. Chances are, that person's statements will not be much offensive. If they're really offensive, then report it to moderator but only one report a day. I'm sure that some action will be taken immediately, in the unlikely case if it's not then you may PM the moderator or reply to the thread to tell the offender to grow up.

For forum members info, this is igg299 (Igor Bushin), who was banned some months ago.

If you suspect him of evading his ban again, please get in touch with a moderator. We're not going to tolerate it, and so Ragon, shadowface, igg (his aliases) are all currently banned. He's also known to get in touch with forum members outside of the boards and continue this attempt at getting back to the forums/getting in touch with moderators etc. If you are targeted by him for such purposes we kindly ask that you ignore him and do not forward him onto any other AGS members. Get in touch with us if you find yourself targeted by him off site, and we'll try and help resolve it.

Consider this kind of behavior a lesson in how to get banned at AGS. Serve your original ban and do no harass members off site.
