What does blowing a popsicle stand even refer to?  It's one of those American things you hear in films and you know what means but have absolutely no idea why they say it... like what the fuck is 'Olly olly oxen free'?  :

A popsicle stand (or shop) is possibly the most boring place you can possibly be. Blowing (or leaving) a popsicle stand means to light out for greener pastures -- or at least to find a less boring place to be.
