go to room to the right, interact with puzzle: press> Needle (N) Island (I) Grass (G) Horse (H) Tower (T) > NIGHT.
Then use crystal ball on wizard.

How do you mean you can't react with it? You should interact (use claw cursor) on it and get the potion.

Where is spell? I know it should inside crack from wall but I cannot seem finding it.

Use stick with lever. Go down. Talk to Imp (he will give you his shoes). Give shoes to Archibald.(He will give you Jam). Give jam to Troll. He will open stone gate!

Yes, I've all that but still cannot locate spell.

In first first room, I got magic book from guy which I gave shoes and gave jam to other guy for stone gate to be open.

In second room, I got bell and the guy in it mention that he has a spell with some notes and I got a mask from other room with locked door.

Anything else?

In the dark room behind the locked door you will find the potion. It is a little hard to find... behind crack in wall. You use the potion with your magic book in your inventory.

Thanksgoodness, I've found it. Finding it was easy but I didn't realize that I needed the key to get in!
