Grim Fandango help needed!

I just bought grim fandango today, and im kinda stuck! I need to let some papers for a driver sign by the boss, but I can't get in his office, he doesnt wants to be disrupted. How do I get in? I have some balloons, breads, carddeck, a loose Ace card... i really can't seem to find a way!

Great game indeed. Probably the best adventure ever.

I don't remember where exactly it is, but there's a place you can go up to the high windows with a rope (I think it's close to the clown's post). Climb up there, and get inside your boss' room via the window. Now, use the computer and change the auto-message to "Just sign it, Eva!".
