To get the pendant I made sure the innkeeper was busy cleaning up a mess then cut the glass with an item i found in underwater cave Can you tell me exactly how to do these hide things you all use cos then I wont be spoiling it for anyone else

I have the wooden box where I put the life key and death key but am still missing two items needed for the middle two holes.  Where can I find those items.  I have already solved the treasury puzzle and got the sphere.  My current inventory contains telekinetics, binoculars, water, wooden box, multi-shot, machine gun, sniper rifle, sphere, can of blood, sucker, blue cup, diary, bow, sword, pitchfork.
