I'm not sure what buloght means by "in the direction of the noise", but I know that Pete has been looking in the direction of the tavern.  The container Mordalles is hinting at is the famous blue cup, I believe.  Put the two hints together... the serving girl is carrying a blue cup!

So now I just need to work out how to get it off her.  Funnily enough, despite having declared her love for me, she doesn't seem keen to talk to me any more, otherwise I could just sweet-talk her into giving it to me

Now I'm speculating I have to give her the Hiyon flower from the centre of the lake.  To get that, I think I have to paddle out in the boat outside the clock tower.  I read here that you need to convert a guitar into a paddle, and that you get the paddle by "helping the band".  What band is this referring to?

No problem, I put the sound on on my computer and now I've found the band.

Help.  After doing a few things the stone door in the office opened but there seems to be a bug. If I try to enter the doorway it still thinks that the stone door is closed and says that " It cannot budge"

have you tried just walking to the right edge of the screen. once the door is openend, you are not suppose to "interact" with it anymore. you just walk right as far as possible. please let me know if you are still having problems.

When the disk disappears from the flat stone in the henge, you can still interact with it.  When the devil disappears and you look at the space where he was, it still says "Devil" (although you can't interact with him).

The website says that one of the endings has two sub-endings.  I've only found these so far:

1. The devil sends me to hell.  I escape from the prison but not from the ship.
2. The devil vanishes.  I get through the portal and go home.  I get arrested.
