How do I get the fairy dust? When I light the candle she flies away and I get nothing. And when I try to put something on the counter to catch the dust, the guy tells me to not clutter the counter.

Not everything will do on the counter. You need a particular item, something that can be found in your room

The spot is pretty small, I must admit, and on a dark monitor it might easily be overlooked. Just aim for the foot of the grave. The spot is *always* there.
