How I can get a ship?

I have:
-Drugs
-Club Membership
-Matches
-Ice Breaker(whatever it was, I got it from hacker)

What am I needed to do?

You have to start a fire on shipyards to distract the salesman. To start a fire use drugs with trash can, and then use matches on trashcan.

I'm stuck too,,, i have a fish, phone, full drink, and a novelty gas mask...but i still cant get the Training Card from kid...

Have you talked to the card collector/food guy? If so, you know that he hates fish.

Put the fish in the drink, then give it to him

Hi! I tried that with and without getting the fish magnet painted. Without paint, he says "no, the magnet may rust" and with paint, he says "no, the paint would probably poison the drink". What am I doing wrong??

How do I get the fish into the drink?
