Okay, Robin ran out to chase Harvey, and I looked at the printer, printed the blank sheet, blah blah blah.  Anyways, it keeps saying "I don't see any way of removing the case," be it by hand, the swiss army knife tools, anything.  I checked a walthrough and it says "Remove the cartidge from the printer," but it doesn't say how.  What the hell?

Aye, this got me confused, it's very pixelicular (as far as I remember).

There is a very specific panel you have to open up, but looking at it just gives you the same message. Just try to open that up (with the screwdriver perhaps? I can't remember entirely)

I had the same problem, other people just told me that you can remove the cartdige just by interacting with the printer.. I assumed I had come across a bug, but no, you can do it.
Unfortunately I can't remember how exactly I did it, but I think it might have been a pixel hunt for the part of the printer you can actually get the cartridge from.
