Oh, eehhhh... quite a bit. In a nutshell:

You need the master key, the shearing scissors and unknown device. With the master key you can open the Tatra and take the bread, then give the bread to the cat-lady who will call the cats. Use the scissors on the cats and take the hairballs. Give the unknown device to Irina at the power unit and use the shunt there. Then use the hair ball on the space travel machine and your cannonball is finished.

Did you fire the cannon?

When you are on the ship, you have to fill the water into the funnel on the right.
Then put the cannonball into the big hole on the left and the cannon is loaded.
Don't forget to get your departure clearance (mission code warbler) via intercom.
When you start the engines and cross the country you will be asked if you want to fire the cannon.
Doing so makes much difference in oberzoegersdorf...

Comment: I must confess that this one is quite tricky in english, as the translation differs in both variants. The statue says "We're spinning this idea..." and the question is "We are working on _______". Where as in german both sentences are "Wir arbeiten an einer __Idee__". I changed the sentence on the statue for future releases, as it is text without voice output and thus quite simple to change.
