japnca... bit stuck (act III)

How do i clean the bathroom to get money from mum? i've been stuck on this for a while, and i have no idea what to do. I cant get on the roof, which is what andrew seems to want to do. i have the grappling hook thing, empty cup of water, laxatives, stale pretzels and the car keys.

Can anyone help? or is there some walkthru i can look at?
