OMG Leon you are awesome!!! I was going everywhere over and over again and I just couldn't figure out what to do! The one little thing I missed was clicking on the fence. Man, I can't believe I missed that! LOL Thanks a ton Leon! You're always bailing me out of trouble when I get stuck in these games. I really appreciate it!!!

By the way, I can't seem to enter in the code. Everytime I try to press a button it says that "You randomly push buttons to no avail". Typing them doesn't seem to work either.

You then actually don' t know the code yet. To press the right buttons:

Detach the fingerprint set from the pamphlet and use the brush on the keypad. When you know which numbers to use, try to figure out the combination.

Alrighty I'm at 210 and I'm stuck again! The walkthrough says that I'll meet Mingo in the streets but I don't see him there. And when I go to the hotel, I get captured and die.

To meet Mingo, you need something to be able to defeat him. My guess is you missed something in the museum. What's in your inventory?

I got the totem and I put it together with the talon. I also have the bolt cutters.

Then you're not quick enough. Just walk straight over to the dark section near the hotel.
