examine the baskets in the hut. Try several times and when you have a clue about the next steps. The game won't let you do every action from the beginning. The story is quite linear.

Nevermind. I just finished the game. I have a question, though;
Spoiler
How do you get the wrong ending?

WOW!Ã,  I didn't even realize this forum was even created!
I'm glad everyone is enjoying the game!!!Ã,  :)

Jane, you're right, the "drill" does stop after a few of seconds, so it takes a bit of quick clicking.

Spoiler
Turn the drill, then quickly open your inventory and grab the bucket, and lastly touch the water.
(TIP: Right-click to open your inventory instead of using the top-left icon.)

For some reason:

I just can't get anywhere. I need to get a mailbox key; however, I can go to the mailboxes, and park where dog toy is. It won't let me go home b/c I need to go to post office.......

What do I do?

Rosie

Spoiler
go to post office and they will give you a duplicate key.  There are different streets than just home and park.  Try one of those left or right handed streets......You will see the PO

In the hut, where the heck do I find the Rubber Stopper, which I pressume is some sort of a cork.  I've looked everywhere(obviously not :P) but where exactly is it?

Could someone please provide me with a walkthrough for the garden part of the game?Ã,  I've set the levers, collected the blue water and manipulated the 2 rings but still nothing happens.Ã,  Thanks

lspace

Never mind, I figured the garden out on my own.Ã,  I was setting the levers to the wrong symbols as a result of slightly misleading ingame hints.Ã,  Anyway, went on to finish the game.Ã,  A big thank you to the author.......it was a great game.

Teri

Maybe I'm not seeing something, but how do you get/find the stones for the pillar?

Rosie

Spoiler
did you put the tin box on the pedestal?  and then touch it again to open it?  This will send 3 streams of lite into each of the areas you are to explore to find a stone in each of those areas.

help!!

Eugene

Laurie, try the following...it takes some quick clicking.

Spoiler
Turn the "drill" machine then quickly right-click to open the inventory and grab the bucket.  Move the bucket off the inventory to close it and quickly click on any BLUE water from the "drill" machine.

If you can't do it fast enough, let me know and I'll post the symbols you need.

Thanks for the compliment, Laurie!
It certainly is an interesting love story!Ã,  Where/when did you learn about it? or was it from the game?

Shamefully - from a trip to Portugal (it turned out that it is very much one of the basic tales of western culture).
