Loving the game... but I've hit a dead end.

I'm in the box room... Grace has gone and the barman is still standing in the doorway.  I read the manual and exhausted all memo possibilities on the barman and I've tried everything with everything.  (I've even spotted the Barman's shadow, and I reckon that's something to do with it, but I don't know what).

Did you succeed in using the memo on the guy? Or did it didn't work because of the blocking of his own memo?

After you have read the manuel of the memo, you should be able to use it on the bartender.

I used it on him, got him to forget that he was supposed to keep it a secret and a few other things.  Then I got him to spill the beans about the oil from Ayers rock and all that.  but nothing else is happening and the memo wont let me do anything else on him.
It there something involving the bartender's shadow?

Also I've infused a memory with eric or whatever his name is and theres nothing new i can do with the memo
