I did give it a go... Well, I didn't like it too much - you have to do all things in a certain order, which means you run around a lot and finding new locations wasn't easy.

I finished half of the first chapter on my own - there was a forum on flash.plasticthinking.org/2005/11/sancho-island.html... helping a bit.

If you google and look for sanchoisland and spam - you really don't want to register! So you can't save. Anyway, for others who have more time to play in one hit and get stuck:

Um...OK, I googled and looked for sanchoisland and spam...and saw nothing in any way showing that registering would be bad.  Yes, the site shows up on one spam domain blacklist, but because it has advertised through spam, not because it sells e-mail addresses to spammers.  I think you misinterpreted something.

That being said, I hate spam enough that the fact that it's advertised through spam is enough to make me not want to play it, with or without registering...

(By the way...what is this thread doing in the Hints and Tips forum, anyway?  Shouldn't it be in Adventure-Related Talk and Chat?...)
