Pocket PC version of AGS

I recently got a really cool pocket pc through my work.  Intel 400 mhz CPU and I was just thinking how cool it would be if AGS supported Windows CE 4.2.  I put one of my 320 x 240 images on the device in landscape mode and man did it ever look awesome. Chris I'm sure you'll never see this and this thread will probably get deleted but I thought I would just mention it because it would rock.  Pocket pc's are going to get faster and faster with more memory and I could think of nothing cooler than playing an ags made game on the road.

Have you tried to just copy a complete game (runtime version) onto you pocket pc and start it?
I don't know anything about pocket pcs, so what's the problem with Win CE?

We've discussed this before, Chris is aware of it, and you can play old games as well, such as LucasArts games on them.  You need like ScummVM or another program to play them, I believe.
But yeah, doesn't what avo say, work?

I'm not sure if Windows CE even supports DirectX, let alone all the stuff AGS would need to run.

It's a nice idea and would be pretty cool, but I'd rather stick to AGS's main platforms and improve it on them, rather than branching out to too many ports to other systems.

And dont forget washing machines and synths..........It would be REALLT C001 if you could play an ags game while playing the synth..........Myabe with voice recognotion, because your hands would be occupied.......But then again, a DVD version of ags games would be teh c001!!!!!!Imagine putting a DVD if flashbax and watch a guy fapping on TV!!!1111111111

Actually, I always thought that the Pocket PC thing was a neat idea, specially for games in the lower resolutions.... but it's not like it's necessary or anythign... point + click is kind of hard on pocket pc... a friend of mine plays mi on his, and he usually has a hard time finding hotspots because you can't move the cursor around, you know

... But you ares teh forgot port for normal phones!!1! If you play a game while talking with someone, the phone companies won't go bankrob(sp?) either!!!!1!! And Nokia NGage is a mobile phone.....
