Scotch and I are working on a stickmen game too. It's nothing like the original Stickmen was, but still, all the characters are stick-people.

I'm making a "stickman" game too (though it also does not have a relation to your game). Well, hes not actually a stickman, more of a drawing. But I don't want to be yelled at by peoples like Layabout so ya'll won't hear more about it until I gots somthing productive done. (its my first game, so i franticlly trying to figure out how to make everything work)

How come the BG isn't in 800 by 600, I thought you'd want to take advantage of the resolution, you'll probably need to use 32-bit aswell, just to cut down the file size,.

I just wanted to point out that the stick figures don't have fingers to use like hands, so yes, wrists are the next logical step. so you didn't even realise that you had already met them.
