Reality On the Norm

If anyone is into the Reality on the Norm games, I'm stuck on Defender of Ron.

There is something in the tree by the church and I can't get it. (I think I know what it is)  Also I don't know what to use to shut the big mean guy up at the school.

I have a feeling I'm close to the end, but if anybody can help I'd appreciate it.

There should be a walkthrough included in read me file when you downloaded the game.
