My drawing is not very good at all

It sucks. I can't draw very good pictures for my games. First, I don't have a tablet for my computer. Second, I can't draw "3D like" pictures. Combine this with the fact that my drawings for my games are not to the same scale and you've go the opposite of an artist. If you have some ideas for improving my art then please post here. If you are having trouble with art for your games then you can post here.

just cause you have a tablet doesn't mean that you'll be able to draw. you have to have skill to begin with. but then there is practice, and practice and practice. in class, at home, in spare time, at any time. it takes practice. you wouldnt see a guy out there being a professional sports player by not practicing constantly.

A tablet is something you take if you're sick or want to enhance some of your parameters for a short period (e.g. artistic skill in this case).

What a coincidence! The Artistic Enhancer tablet (commonly called Artigra) looks very much like the yellow thingie in teh Counterfeit banner!

EDIT: Don't take what anyone has said as being harsh or anything... it's just standard practice to post your pics so that people can see what you're talking about.

If you don't know how to post a pic once it's uploaded, just do this:

Just remember to take out the *'s when you do it....

Ive only been here for less than a week, but ive looked over the forums and noticed that people have improved vastly by the help given on this forum. The more you see. the more you'll learn. As for tablet, i dont use one, i find them quite difficult to get to grips with. keep trying, youll get there.

I dont have a tablet and my drawings r ok..ish

The pen tool in Photoshop and Fireworks etc is fantastic, i use it,for smooth lines that look good.

Quick Tuts.
In PS
New Path (on Paths Tab)
Pen Tool
Draw Line
The weird arrow on the paths tab
Stroke Path
Brush

In Fireworks...
Just draw with the pen tool

The pen tool sometimes takes a bit of getting used to but its brilliant if u dont have a tablet:P as for coloring... thats a whole different post...

Sorry, Andail. No complaints about your moderating. Simply look at my other posts to see what I mean. I clearly admitted that I had misinterpreted what had happened, and publicly asked for someone to call me a swearword for it.

I would not have done that if I though I was in the right...

As for the not reading the sticky threads, it was just said in jest. I mean - seriously - how many people do you honestly think go to the trouble of reading 4 sticky's labelled "read this first" in Gen Discussion, Crit's Lounge, Technical Questions etc etc...

Just to re-iterate. I am not complaining about your moderation. I was complaining about my momentary dumbness, and simply stating a common fact whilst doing so....
