All of us would be crap if working with the inappropiate tools... use layers, line tool, brush... Painting is all about knowing how to use the tools, and I just see freehand in the outlines... This is just an advice... use more tools.

Here it is redone with tools, not the best but i beleive its better. I dont think the shading on the tree went to well.
