QFG 4.5 stuck in pirates homo island

I need help getting past the pirates after getting the amulet what do I have to do?

Got nailed on this one myself.  Hope you've saved often.  You have to mix the sleeping pills with the rum.  Don't have the pills and/or rum?  Yea, me too.

The pills can be bought from the guy selling trinkets outside the city gates.  The rum can be bought at the in/bar.
