Where and when do you get the deed/contract that everyone is talking about?

I have the bike, the fishing pole, wolf, poisoned the pie, spoke to 3 circus people, given bike to bear, seal to fisherman, paint to criket player, spoke to mother and kids, gave glasses to Drew, the seal is gone but I never saw a deed/contract

I cant get in the bar now i have poisoned everyone with pie but it says im not going in there they might wake up, so i cant see the mother and children to get the bike for bear - help me

The bike is on the screen to the right of the cricketers. You can just take it without asking. All you get from the bar is a flyer, which should happen as soon as you've poisoned the pie then walked back out of the alley...

I have completed the game :

Great Game. Still a few times that my game frozen. I would reload my last game and have finally completed the game. I was disappointed when I saw 'the end'. I say finally but I could have played this game for a couple of extra hours.

Okay, I like this game, but I wish that you could at least save it because for some reason every time I get anywhere near getting my own circus or getting onto the actual island I get a message saying fatal error. I've tried downloading several times after I deleted the game from my computer. I've tried many different things. It's just not worth starting over for the 15th time. I've tried over and over again, nothing works. This is the only game I've persued like this; as in actually cared that I finished. It just pisses me off that I can't.
