I can't understand how isolating the "smoked" space just into a helmet can help quitting ... I just can think that the user could die by asphixia, in that case, no more smoking, of course...Ã,Â $:-\$

no-no. You figured it all wrong. See, if a smoker walks around wearing something so stupid on his head, he'll probably get beaten up all the time and starts to take fact "smoking is bad for health" seriously and maybe even quit... or - spends a lot time in hospital - where smoking is not permitted. Which leads to quitting again.

I think I'd take my chances trying to quit cold turkey or with the patch.

See, that wouldn't work anyway... quitting right off would work better, as opposed to getting my ass beat. Getting beat up would only frustrate me, and cause me to smoke more.
