Which one of these is the best?

These are different ones I made of Hiram Maxim. Choose which looks the best and most realistic or if you want make a custom edit

I think the character is nice, I like your style a lot!Ã,  However, having said that ...

It doesn't really resemble the picture of Maxim.

Here's a quick edit:


- increased his forehead
- made his hair less kempt
- took the beard off his cheek/jawline
- changed the hair color
- changed shirt color to not clash with the hair
- altered the shoulder line slightly
- altered the skin color

Something I didn't change, but noticed, was the Mr. Maxim was a more ... robust ... man.Ã,  Your character is looking pretty thin.

Nice sprites... I like Darth's edit, just because it looks better with white instead of all grey.  Only thing I don't like is the hands... kinda look like claws.  Good stuff, though.

I really like these characters.

I think they look great!

About the only thing I can see that jumps out at me is that there's a level of shading in Maxim's hair that the other's don't have.  Maybe add one more color to the hair of the others (maybe just the second one as his hair is more visible)

But that's just being picky.

Those characters are so cool! I love the stylishness you've used to create the hands...

The only thing I really don't like is the 2nd guys moustache, (or is it a mouth?)

But other than that, they're cool!

These look really nice. The only thing I can spot wrong in the new pictures is that their legs seem a bit too short (just one or two pixels up would be enough).
I like your style. Especially the mustache.

Well, maybe I'm just biased because I could never get sprites bigger than 32 pixels to look right.
