Hello everyone.Ã, 
im brand new here but certainly not brand new to the sierra line of games.Ã,  I can remember getting spacequest I for a christmas present. it came on 3-5.25" floppy disks if i remember correctly.Ã,  anyways, just wanted to say hi and contribute something.Ã, 
ive been doing computer graphics and 3d modelingÃ,  professionally now for several years (industrial design, graphic design etc.)
ive made a small walk animation template for anyone who wants to use it.Ã,  you can down load it at the following link.

this is a crappy gif of the template in action


the zip file contains 8 frames as individual .BMPs.Ã,  just load each one into your favorate paint program and edit them to your needs (this method works well in photoshop and flash)

wow does look alot like mine doesnt it.Ã,  sorry to say ive never been to that site tho or seen this persons work.Ã,  Ã, the images i used came from an old text book of mine from school, which i scanned and used as a drawing template.Ã,  The book is called "the animators handbook"Ã,  i think it was written in the early 90's maybe. so no, i did not "invent" that walkcycle.Ã,  i did however make it easy for a person who is having trouble animating to use it.Ã,  maybe the person on that site had a hand in creating the book? Dunno.Ã,  This person on this website seems to know what they are talking about.Ã,  Could be that his technique was learned from such a book.Ã, 
dunno...

I've been in the computer graphics/design field for almost 8 years.Ã,  I am not in the habit of stealing other peoples work to show as my own.Ã,  next time ill be sure to cite my work.
