What do you think? Should something be changed, added or removed?

i take it you are going for a anima kind of style, it looks good but it looks as if he is flying  the feet need to point away more and maybe he could be doind something with his arms rather than just lying there limp.

Looks cool coloured.  Though, it does look like he's hanging, or flying, as Daz mentioned.

Hm...
the colors are good but the drawing it self isn't wery mangaish. The problem is that it's to round.  Manga drawings are wery square. You drew the body to round and his head is to big in comparison with his body. But if you were drawing a chibi manga his body is to long and thin.  I made a quick manga drawing in ms paint.  I drew just the head so you can get a basic idea how to draw manga stile heads.
