I am probably blind and/or not using the right action verb to find the rope in this game.   Any hint/tip would be appreciated!

ok ok here is the solution. It's probably the hardest part of the game.

You will find the rope right in front of your apartment. Use the scisors on the long nilon rope thats hanging right under the window. It's realy hard to cut it. So I built in a little trick. The black dott in the scisors is the hotspot of the scisors. Try clicking on the rope with that black dott.

I have read the walk thru and it says there is supposed to be a box to pick up in the living room (on the lower shelf).  There is no box.  Can someone help?

From the living room you must get two things:

a computer - it's on the right of the bookcase) and a cd box on the lower shelf. Just click everywhere on that area with the interact icon, and you'll finally be able to get it somehow.

    Just now seeing your question about the game version that I mentioned before.    When I looked at my files and properties, it said version 2.6.... so I thought it was for the game.  But now, I guess it was referring to AGS creator version?       Anyway, thanks to Primus's hint,   I have completed the game.   Enjoyed it very much and I am looking forward to your next game!

On this link there is a walkthrough, I couldn't get it to work for me though, but you might be able to access it. Where it says WT over at the right of the game King of Rock. There is another one NL  I could access that one but unfortunately I don't speak that language. Anyway at the bottom of page there is an alphabetical list, you might find some games you haven't played

I see what you mean. The WT link cannot be opened. That's too bad. I'm stuck in this game and can't get out of the room. I have MP3 player, laptop and CD case but not sure what to do next. Any

Can someone help me figure out how to end... I can't think of what else to do... here is what I have done:

I have finished the tasks to recruit all of my fellow bandmates, gave the kid the doll, gave the beggar the crutch, earned the $5000 from graffiti award, opened the cd case... I think I have done everything to start the band.. I can't find a phone to use for the phone number that the beggar gave me and I can't use the VCR to watch the Queen VHS.  Can someone please tell me what to do now?
