AGS won't test game!

For some reason, every time I try to test a game on my friends computer, the game won't startup or even test.
Any way of fixing this? Thanks!

Did you mean using the test game function of the editor or running the game executable directly?
The test game function is well known to be fuzzy, it may not work with some computers, in that case try running the game executable in the compiled folder directly instead.

Otherwise, more info. about the problem and that computer's spec. are much appreciated.

Well when me and my friend try to test it by going to file/TestGame it doesn't work. The game will be on the taskbar on the bottom of the screen but it won't pop up into full screen. I tried putting it in windowed but that didn't do anything. I don't know the specs for his computer. Even running the EXE file in the Compiled folder doesn't work. My friend says it used to work.

Has he tried reinstalling DirectX 9 or upgrading graphics card drivers?

Good question. I know he recently got a new sound card but thats it.
