Problem with Demo

I just wanted to start modifying the demo and learning that way. But when I load up the demo that I got from the AGS website it says that during the conversion it is going to lose the animations. well the animation is gone. I would really like to start learning from a DEMO or sources that actually work the way they were designed. Any Ideas on where to get some game sources to load up in AGS?

The demo game was actually quite outdated, as many things had been changed in AGS, making it quite useless.

A never version is being developed, but currently it's incomplete and only a demo had been released. See this thread for more info.

You may try downloading the demo of the demo game and see if it helps your learning process.

Only walking animation is not working (character is instantly moved to click point)? There is a way of fixing that, but I can't remember how right now (am working now and don't have copy of AGS on this comp). I'll tell you how when I come home. Untill then try playing with DEMO and you may find out yourself. I know it's something easy!
