Perils of Poom Where is the PHONE??!!!

I cant seem to find the phone to interact with the temperature controls in the bank and I didn't find it listed in the walkthrough.  ANy help on this?

You get the phone from the Mozes guy when you first start on your quest. You should have it in your inventory. It's a red squarish thing.
