How to adjust screen brightness?

hy guys,I now that posting this message is quite embarassing, and I'm not sure if it's the right forum,but I have some problems with dos games or windows apllications.Ã,  does ayonoe know how I can adjust theyr brightness? they're sort of dark,anyway,even if itisn't an ags game,I have the same problem with monkey island 3,or where could I get that sort of program,I'll appreciate the advice,soryy for my bad english since i'm not britis :) ;D

Don't worry, some of us are american. ;D  Anyhoo, you were talking about brightness about some games you play? I think this may not regard about your game but anyway, the author  may have used dark colors when drawing.
Moving at superhigh speed getting to the planet called Earth. But it is boxed in white......thing.....

Further.

Right down below the screen. Low and behold! A row of buttons. One of which will adjust screen brightness.
Ah! There is no emoticon for what I'm feeling!

If you are confused, he means the buttons on your monitor. ;)

Yeah, adjusting the brightness of your monitor should do fine.
You can also tune it up through your videocard driver settings but the first option should work (unless a monitor doesn't have controls).
