i only have bar, farm, office, store and museum available.

i can't save the rat even after floating. i have no idea why i want the bird to sing on the antenna. i have no clue how to collect the milk that betty releases when i bring the bees to her.

i would like a clue on what i should be doing next please. preferably without just telling me what to do. thanks

Get Tim to turn the Device up to full power (Located beside the TV). Then get Tiffany to make the bird sing on the antenna. While it's singing, turn the TV on with Tim.

To make text invisible, you use the hide command, and put the word hide in brackets like this [h-i-d-e] (without the dashes)

Yes, I done that, once I got rid of croc, still floating and when I attempt using using or opening metal door there scrip error:

Error: AnimateCharacter: InvalidLoop number specified

When using door error is online: Room2, line 170 or line 131
Opening door: On line 170 or 131

If such error shouldn't happen then what I'm doing wrong?

Not sure why that is happening.  Is your sound turned off?  There's a sound effect that plays when the squirrel moves out of site, and I think the code waits for the sound to play before continuing.
