I took a stab at one of those tutorials at worth1000. And here goes..
of course i thought that the tutorial was stupid and totally changed the way to do it.

i changed this

WOW! I'm definatly going to try this.

It looks fantastic, but I dont know about the lip highlight/shine.

Hows about you do the hair aswel (and remove/adjust the specularity from the lips)

I've already fixed the specularity of the lips.. And I'm far from skilled enough to make the hair look like rock. =)
