Hobbies? Trying out everything, and then dropping out when I see I have passed the "amatuer" level and will have to actually work to get to the "professional" level.
Other than that I read ALOT (as in mini paperbacks every day, and nice big novels over the weekend. Write occasionally. Doodle. Look for weird things to do on the net. Playing video games. Planning and designing games (I haven't done enough of the actual making part to call it a hobby). Eating. I enjoy rowing, hiking, swimming and target practice (with a rifle, but nothing alive).

I really don't have much time for hobbies nowadays. I do pixel for fun after work but I'm getting paid for it so it's not a mere hobby any more since deadlines and stuff are involved.

Apart from that... well I suppose sex doesn't quite fall under this category, so then it's pubs and darts.  I used to be quite a good league player.

I play guitar, which has to be the most common answer in this thread.  I also play bass, drums, and piano, however, which might be a bit more original here.

I also enjoy drawing, eating, and movies.

Pr0n and Ice cream is my main hobby and favorite mixture.

Well music is cool but it made me rethink learning the guitar, drums are out and well.

watch movies (I'm very proud of my collection!  I own somewhere around 1000 orriginal dvd's almost 700 video's and I don't keep track of my burned dvd's but I've got a lot of em )
make movies
make comics (mostly about myself (don't you just hate people who make comics about themselves?!))
draw a lot
like to go to concerts and parties
and I like to make love to bananas!

apart from ags, I have school, i play trumpet, panio, sythaseizer(sp) in a band, also I play in 2 other bands with my trumpet! I draw, listen to music (offspring, muse, bear naked ladies, the killers, the bavery, dream theater, jet, FRANZ FERDINAND!) I play some football, basketball and I watch alot of tv.

Hmmm, lots of stuff I like to do.
Let's see, one of my main "hobbies" for a long time has been the Martial-Arts (I've trained in many styles, and I also teach some lessons in Martial-Arts too), and I'm a bit of a movie-buff (enjoy watching / collectiing good movies), programming games now with AGS, programming WebSites, using the computer in general (Got a Computer Engineering degree too BTW), play Harmonica, exercise, reading, writing (working on getting my first book published now), sketching, travel. I also teach English lessons too (though it's not really a hobby, but thought I'd mention it as someone else did)... I'm always open minded to try new things too, and have other varied interests as well, but those mentioned are some of the things I do more commonly.
