Awesome!

I've been wating for this game (or the demo version) for an eternity it seems.

Especially if you click on a screenshot in the preview article and then use those buttons on top called "next medium" or "last medium", you'll see some awesome extra screens!
Oh, and if you visit the official page at www.barnettcollege.com and then go to links and click on the artists portfolio, you'll see atleast one more extra screen there, as well!

* by extra screen I mean one that is not featured on the official "www.barnettcollege.com" page!

Or you could have been good friends with the lead scripter and got to beta test ;)

...or you could have been good friends with the scripter, witness his harddrive breakdown and agree it'd be a good idea to hide for a little while. ;)

Very nice preview! (but perhaps I would say that) :D

Quoteand agree it'd be a good idea to hide for a little while.

Not so good!

Pray tell though, why hide?

Awesome preview! It make me want to play the demo even more.

One thing I noticed: "Maybe you just can't learn an old dog new tricks". You should have teach instead of learn ;)

"Ach du liebste Schwartzwald!"

Hehe, sounds funny! What language is this? ;)

Miez

Very, very, very drunk German ;D ... seriously, that's one of the things that's still being tinkered with.

Adventure-eu seems to be down at the moment! Nooooooo!

QuoteVery, very, very drunk German

LOL! To be honest I don't know how much sense the German makes, that really needs to be proof-read :p The release I hope YOke delivers soon contains an odd blend of German, German-English, English too... There is still work to be done on dialogue, Lorn and I will be developing it moreso, so there will be another version of the demo made sometime after the first is released. Naturally we want the demo to be good, to be tip top - it is certainly considered by some as a small game in itself. Perfectly adequete for a demo, perfectly adequete for a portfolio :P

As soon as the demo is released we're going to undergo a surge of processes to get the full game made efficiently and in a timely manner, I hope!

I'm glad A-Eu like it, and are - like myself and misja and lorn and undoubtedly tom, federico, nacho, amberle and too (and possibly shawn, alan and ian), all eager to see it released. Good job they'll be hosting the demo exclusively for a while then! ;)

Hello everybody,

I should let you know what is up with Adventure Europe. Our servers are located in the US and our hosting company in Greece. Yesterday some file system on our server got corrupt and the guys in the US said they're fixing it. So we expect to be back online today (hopefully). And when we do you will be able to read more previews of FoY in several languages. (The preview contents will be different as well, as each writer of the localized websites will be writing their own preview).

Just wanted to let everyone know that the site is back and hence the preview is available again as well.
