unfinished Background(my first)

My first baggrund need some crits..
Ive tried to do a little spooky scene. Its gonna by used in a gangster (mafia) game and i will darkness the image i little. But now I'm stuck...
I cant get the door look right and the sidewalk and road (if both sould be there) i simply cant draw

I have only changed that red building and added a alley. It looked like the street was one big appartment or something with the same windows and being connected.

I made a pretty crude side walk, but you will get the idea. Someone else will have to help with the street though...

Just a quick 'n dirty edit... Bring out your pixelated brush, take a dark underground and begin painting it with a brighter brush.

Then, add some shadow and it looks nice enough, I think.

You should fix the perspective of the sidewalk. And the road looks a bit weird.
