Voice Morphing

Hey, does anyone know of a small, but ok to use, voice morphing program?

hmm, well simple things, such as deepening my voice, or making it higher, and small things to tweak it so that i just sound different, nothing like darth vader filters etc.

There are some voice changing software out there. one general audio editing software useable for that too is Cool Edit Pro 2. I myself would LOVE to find Darth Vader effects and the likes

What you want is a nice formant shifter! That can do powerful things with your voice.

The best software for that purpose is Mackee's "Voice designer", powerful VST plug-in for all programs that can use VST (cubase, wave lab...). I'm not sure if it works with cool edit.

Audacity can change pitch, speed, tempo, give a "Bass Boost" and numerous other coolties.

Nero has a nice built in program for doing this. It also seperates your voice from the music in MP3s.

I use Funnyvoice.
No installation required, and pitch can be changed while you talk. Just pick a pitch and record instantly, without limitations.

Get OmniVox, period. Pitch Shifters really aren't that good for changing your voice, as they tend to sound too unnatural. Using OmniVox, you can shift the formants of your voice as well as shifting the pitch. Very cool!

I got my copy about a month ago. It's made by one of the members at http://www.kvraudio.com, so that's where I got it.

It appears as if it has disappeared, though, since it is still in development or something.

It's a VST effect. If you can't do VSTs, you can get a VST-DX Wrapper (there a free one out there, should be easy to find), so you can use VSTs through a DirectX effect. (programs like Sound Forge can apply DirectX effects)

... also, as a last resource, you can use the "window$ Sound Rec", included with Window$.
... And as Tiki says, audacity can be used too, and it was ported to Windows (from linux) too.

My advice is that you use Golwave, which is pretty much the Photoshop of sound, you can do pretty much anything with your voice.

I actually think Adobe AUdition 1.5 is the "photoshop of sound"
