Those little things on his knees are bigger on the side view than they are on the front view. That's all I noticed. It looks great, and I think it doesn't look rough, or something like that.

First of all i'd like to say its a great drawing! There are two things bothering me tough. On the front view it looks like she havent got breasts but badly drawn pockets where they should be. Second i think you should make her neck way shorter. If you look closer you see that it should be only half of what it is now.
But other than that its a good drawing!

The second one is much better in my opinion. Very nice use of shading.

Great drawing!
The second version's shading is great. It looks neat but without loosing that crumpled kinda look on the clothes.

The only thing that botheres me is the length of the kneck, the bottom of her chin should be about 1mm from the plates on her chest.
