Melrin: The disciple ordeal

Hi,

To those that all verions of melrin,

I did play version 2 and 3.

However, I cannot make any sense to version 1.

So far I got the following items and done the followings:

Item I got:
Freezing spell
spell that break through solid thing
insible spell
Silver and Yellow keys
Note from near the bridge
shovel

So far I used the yellow to unlock first house at very last top right and press
the button to open another door in which I cannot enter due to too dark.

I know I need enter crypt by using invisible spell.
I know I can get another key.

My question: how can I light the torch with items I have?

Where the key to unlock house near gardian?

If I'm missing something else, can you explain?

I read all possible hints and could not find anything

You need to use the breaking spell at two different points. The first is close to where you started the game (or west of where the Guardian stands). The second place is just south of Joshua's bridge (where you got the note). It's a narrow passway to the south from there.

The door to the wear house, where the Guardian stands, can not be opened at this point of the game. You will return there much later.

what do i do in melrin 3 im stuck on where i need to ancorch the rope into the well in garden island give me a walkthough PLEASE send at my email

Get the knife if you don't have it already. Use it on the rope. Create the hemp to steel spell and use it on the part of the rope you cut of. Use the steel on the rope. Use the rope with the steel bar on the well. Climb down to get the key to the garden.

Hi Joacim,

Yes, I did that. What I didn't understand was about lighting the torch but all this time I already had something in inventory to use. Thanksgoodness that game is solved!

I'm wondering, what is your intention with Melrin 4?
After playing all current versions of melrin, I thought next version will as good.

I had to take a pause from working with Melrin since my real work took to much of my time :). I've simply had to much todo the last few month but it has started to slow down so I just recently picked this up again.

So in short, Melrin 4 is still in development. It will have two playable character Melrin himself and his old teacher Alfgand. It's set in time before the first Melrin game so Melrin is still a disciple. This forth installment of the game will be based on much more humour then the earlier three versions.

It depends... Can you read the spell yet? If not you'll need an item that you can use on the book of spells in the inventory. The spell is written with "inverted" invisible ink, so the ink becomes readable if you would...

use a few drops of lemon juice. You must first create the lemon with the wood to fruit spell.

If you already have made the spell readable you should know the ingrediance necassary to create it. Maybe you just haven't found all ingrediance yet?

Do you have the oil? Have you noticed that to the west of where the giant are you can actually walk to the north?
