You're stuck on the sandwich delivery part? Okay, go to the big main room where the TV is. Then go to the windows on the left side. One of the windows is damaged (just compare it with the other window). There's a small hotspot in the window crack called "damaged window" or something. I wonder what you can use to pry open the window.

Look from the "main" room (with all the patients and TV). There are 4 windows. It's the right window on the left pair of windows. Go there. There's a little dark patch on the bottom part of the window. "Scrub" the area with your mouse cursor and watch the status bar for hotspot names.
